El Rollo Acapulco — Attraction in Guerrero

Very disappointed by El Rollo Acapulco ! I went there with my friends last week to swim with dolphins. They said we would have 1 hour to swim with dolphins but we were 7 in the pool wich means we had only 5 min each ! A true scam ! Moreover I don't recommend buying photos and videos. The photographer is just an amateur ! All our photos are blurry and poorly framed ! It's just an horror ! We didn't even want to take them at the end but unfortunately it was too late because we had already paid the photos before to start... And let's not talk about the video who is probably the worst thing that I have ever seen ! A ridiculous montage with an horrible song (we can't even hear the dolphins singing) and he let the people we didn't know on the video instead of just cutting them at the editing. Wich means we all have the same video ! Another fuc** scam ! Anyway if you really want to waste your money you're more than welcome to do...

I went to this attraction on 6 Aug 2022. The advertisement both on the website and social media are lies. From all the water rides only two rides were operational. The park still charged the same price and people aren’t made aware of the disfunction of the rides prior to paying. The pools are definitely not clean and you can tell from the the trash at the bottom of the pool.

I think if people are aware of the park having only two rides and letting them decide if to spend the money or not it would be more respectable.

However, the dolphin show was beautiful, the people and staff were all super helpful and amazing. My family definitely enjoyed the show as well as the private show. Staff were kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Phone numbers don't work only the one listed on Facebook 01 800. And no answer most of the time. They are happy to take a deposit for swimming with dolphins at their bank account however the park in Acapulco was closed 10/22 and 10/23 and they were turning everyone away at the gate with no prior notice. Upon calling the 1800 number which seems to be corporate they didn't even know their own park is closed. Giving incorrect information over the phone. Phone numbers on their website are incorrect and don't work. You call and you just get a busy tone. Overall very disorganized and terrible...
