The first thing a host should do when a customer approaches is greet the customer before the customer greets the host which this place failed to do. My question was misunderstood by the host in the amount of wait time as there were no other people in queue. He simply put our name down. The other hostess couldn't tell me how long of an estimated time there was going to be to wait for a table. Once at our table the waitress Edith did not bother to ask if it was our first time as to explain to us how we were going to serve ourselves the buffet because we also noticed there was an extra charge for certain items. Terrible terrible terrible. The service was terrible here. I ordered drinks and they only came when I demanded it. I was sitting next to the bar tenders and they were doing nothing. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The brought out an onion sandwich instead. My fries were still frozen I had to ask them to give me hot fries. That was no Philly cheesesteak. It was arrachera with mushrooms, onion, and a buttload of crema. They should go to Philadelphia PA and actually have a cheesesteak sandwich before they call themselves making one. Service is...

Reasonable Prices, Great Food Portion and Great Service. Before you order your food you’re greeted with a variety of fresh breads and they’re delicious. The breakfast there is delicious and they give big portions for the price.
