Giallo Steak & Gin — Restaurant in Jalisco

My wife got enchiladas suizas and the sauce they put on it was very bland. The steaks that we got needed salt. My sister-in-law ordered a chicken calzone, we all got our food (including a peperoni calzone) but not her. We asked where hers was and the waitress said that since the chicken was raw it took more time to cook. Remember we had steaks on our table, beef takes longer to cook than chicken. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt due to needing to cook the chicken then putting it in the calzone to cook again in the oven. When her calzone came out, she cut into it and low and behold it had raw chicken inside. We had them take it back and ordered the 4 cheese fettucchine instead for her. They took another 30 minutes for that to come out and when questioned why so long, they said it was because her order came in after the other orders in the restaurant. By the time her food finally came we all had finished eating. And to top everything off, where they sat us was in the open air courtyard which was nice....ish, but they had a TON of pigeons above us. One defecated in my mother-in-law's food (thankfully she was almost done) and one pooped on my daughters back. And they took long on the shakes to the point that when they brought them out they were melted. All in all the food and service were horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant...

We have visited this restaurant a few times now, we love their pizzas, cocktails and steak, in fact, we haven't tried something we do not love but we also love the service we receive, the cleanliness and friendly staff makes this place a favourite for me...

La verdad la comida que pedimos estuvo de muy mala calidad, lo único rescatable fue el panini de carnes frías, pero la pasta fusili al pesto qué ordenó mi hija fue por decir poco asquerosa, llego en un mar de aceite de oliva sin ningún sabor, mi hamburguesa y la de mi esposo estuvo horrenda con una carne molida color rojiza sin sabor y consistencia de puré, y la carne rib eye de mi esposo con puré de papa qué sinceramente un puré de caja hubiera estado mucho mejor. Mi esposo comentó que su carne estuvo muy mala sin sabor. Las cerveza bohemia fue lo mejor, la naranjada mineral también fue buena, pero cuando mi marido pidió una nunca se la llevaron. En...
