Happy Heladitto — Restaurant in Jalisco

Pretty ln Pink, but was why l probably never stopped here in the dozens of times l walked by. I just can't stand that color, but wow what l was missing by not going in! All the favorite types of food l love is here and everything is so well made abs on top of that a pleasant and friendly staff to boot. I love 💕 love 💕 love 💕 salads and ice cream. Just try finding a selection of salads in Puerto Vallarta away from the tourist areas, you won't. This place has a number of them on the menu. Then after being good to your body, abuse it with some ice cream and again, they have a huge selection of homemade styles to choose from. My favorite is zarzamora. Chunks of big ripe blackberries in a vanilla based ice cream. Today all l got was a chocolate shake due to the current budget, but was equally as tasty. The location is across the street and to the north of MiaMia Pizza 🍕 on Calle 5 September in Pitillal. Street parking only, no handicapped facilities and there are a few steps to maneuver, so be extra careful even if you don't have mobility issues. Mi restroom, common in almost every small eatery, cash only abd prices are reasonable. Experiencia en Happy Heladito: Buen producto, pero servicio deficiente

Visité Happy Heladito por primera vez en mi cumpleaños, atraída por las fotos bonitas que había visto. Pedí una mangonada y una fresada, ambas ricas y refrescantes, lo cual fue un punto a favor.

Sin embargo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear:

Solicité tiramisú (único motivo por el cual fuimos al lugar), pero me informaron que no había disponible, con la excusa de que "no tenían tiempo para prepararlo". Respuesta por demás inadecuada.

Al intentar pedir otro helado, tampoco estaba disponible.

Cuando le comenté a la señora chef (la del gorro) que sería útil marcar en el menú los productos agotados para evitar malentendidos, su respuesta fue resongona: "Pues hay muchas opciones, muchísimas… eso esta agotado".

Su actitud fue poco cordial, no solo con nosotros, sino también con la mesa contigua. No es grosera sino mas bien déspota y muy poco profesional.

En un negocio de este tipo, el servicio es clave, y esa falta de amabilidad afecta la experiencia. Por otro lado, la jovencita que preparaba las bebidas sí mostró una actitud excelente y atenta.

Aunque las bebidas me gustaron, no fueron lo suficientemente buenas como para arriesgarme a regresar y recibir el mismo trato despótico.

Espero que mejoren este aspecto, ya que una buena atención puede marcar la diferencia entre un cliente...
