The worst experience in the last 15 years.

Unfortunately, the team that serves this place shown a lot of inexperience today (Aug 6, 2017).

They took the order and delayed more than 30 minutes to tell us they were not going to be able to fulfill one of the dishes. When we told the waitress that we were ok without it and asked for the time to serve the other dishes, she promised less than 20 minutes.

20 minutes went by and we decided to leave the place (we saw other customers that arrived later than us being served first, and other customers also making comments about the delay). The waitress asked if we were leaving and if she should cancel the order (really? She didn't keep track of the time she promised?) and the cashier demanded us to pay for the beverages.

When confronted by me ("really, do you expect me to pay for the beverages, after not getting our food for the past hour?"), he, instead of apologizing first and accepting they should not charge for the sodas, babbled that they had more than 100 customer (meaning "sir, you are just another customer"). I had to explain to him that I would have expected them to: Let us know that they were not able to serve us on a timely fashion stop taking customers, since they were not able to cope with the pending services

I payed for the beverages - not a single gesture from the cashier to truly apologize or make up for the inconvenience.

It's a shame - I am always happy with the restaurants in my country , but this time it even hurts me to have found this inexperienced and...

We ordered a special burger, cheese pizza , Caesar salad, and pesto fettuccini w/chicken. Burger was excellent & fries were wedge fries which weren’t bad. Pizza a bit flat/thin with the dough/crust & lacking authenticity all around. Salad was OK w/soft strips of chicken…just average. The pasta in the pesto dish itself was pretty good with all ingredients included, but the ingredients were not blended together to yield the ideal intended goal. We also had a brownie w/Neapolitan ice cream…don’t recommend it as the brownie was very hard, dry and just not appetizing.

As for service, SUPER SLOW!!! Took about 30 min to get our drinks and about 50+ min to get our food. As we were killing time, not a deal breaker, but they were pushing it. The drinks (Sangria & Jamaica) were very good. A few friendly cats hanging out too who were much more attentive than the...

Wow! Wonderful food and excellent service. Our server was so attentive. We were a semi-large group (6 people) and she was always making sure that we were topped up with our drinks (even my non-alcoholic piña colada - called a "piñada" there was so delicious...a lot of places don't give those of us who don't drink alcohol a lot of attention or anything other than a cheap mix, but not here!). We went close to 11:30 because we were coming from out of town, but they still very graciously tended to us. So many good things to say about this place. The panela, the calzone (w/ extra ricotta, pepperoni, and bacon, accompanied with chimichurri fettuccine), the 4-cheese pizza, the molcajete, the wichiro pizza, the wings, the fettuccine Alfredo with...

Pretty disappointing. Ordered a pizza. The quality was good and it was cooked all of the way through but somehow when they brought it, it wasn’t hot. It was warm at best. The jamaica was good and not too sweet. Service was bad. After they dropped the food they never checked back and the funny thing is they have a big ink stamp on the bill that says tips are not included on the bill. I wouldn’t go back.
