I absolutely loveeeee this restaurant. It's the first carne en su juego restaurant I went to in GDL. But our server, Karely, spilled scalding hot caldo on one person in our group. She then did not apologize, did not offer him help, and did not get him anything for the burns on his back. She also acted curt and extremely rude to us all night, including saying "it's okay, I burnt myself too." When she brought us the check, it was full price. When we talked to another waiter, Alfredo, the managers clearly did not even know she burned a customer. So really, this review is only for Karely who was extremely rude and injured a customer. If I can convince my family to come back, I will make sure Karely is no where...

This is THE spot for carne en su jugo! Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. As soon as you sit down, you're brought a delicious cup of bean soup with bacon, chips, guacamole and salsa. The small size of carne en su jugo is anything but small, and it pairs so well with the roasted spring onions and salsa. Grab a hot and fresh tortilla and add the ingredients you want and enjoy! On our visit, there was a family celebrating their mom's birthday, and the staff brought out a big fake cake with sparklers--such a fun vibe.
