Fox in a Box Guadalajara - Escape Rooms — Attraction in Jalisco

Fox in a box was my first experience playing escape games and i wasn't really sure if i would like it or not, but it turn out to be amazing. Me and my friends had a great time solving the puzzles and finding clues, the place is small but has lots of different games, we played one in which we had to steal some diamond from a vault, at the beginning we were kind of lost but the staff helped us a bit and we where able to finish the game on time, they were really cool and friendly specially our game master mafer who show us how to play and helped with all of our doubt's

I was completely unfamiliar and even aware of escape rooms. The first time I visited Fox in a box I has no idea what was going on. Name didn’t reference to anything, even entering the building seemed suspicious. We played the bunker and I loved it. Game represents a true challenge. Pull your observation skills, think outside the box and have fun. Came back to rob a bank and had a blast. Can’t wait to come back for Zodiac. Excellent place to have fun, take a break of routine and excellent for team buildings. Staff...

He asistido a 3 de sus cuartos y después de hoy la verdad no pienso regresar ni recomendarlos.

Anteriormente todo había estado excelente, sin embargo, en mi visita de hoy me quedé con un muy mal sabor de boca. Varios elementos del cuarto (Zodiac) no funcionaban como se debía (probablemente por el mismo uso o descuido en su montaje previo a la reservación), la puerta final se abrió sola en dos ocasiones, tuvieron que entrar en pleno juego a arreglar un elemento que no funcionaba desde un inicio y era fundamental (matando completamente la trama de la historia) y varias cosas simplemente nos las tuvieron que decir porque los elementos para resolver los acertijos que llevaban una secuencia no servían o estaban dañados (nunca por pedir pistas).

El trato fue frío en esta ocasión y no hubo ni una sola disculpa de su parte después de compartir el malestar con el staff, fue muy indiferente. Desde un inicio el tono se sintió forzado y desganado, cosa que afecta la experiencia porque la historia lo es todo en un escape room.

Deben modernizar y dar mantenimiento a sus instalaciones, no pueden dar por sentada la experiencia de las personas que los visitan y no prestar atención a los detalles para que todo funcione como se debe. Es lo mínimo que esperas del cuarto.

Siempre había recomendado mucho Fox in a Box para temas de ocio con amigos y familia, al igual que para team building en empresas, pero después de hoy no pienso volver a hacerlo.
