Karne Garibaldi — Restaurant in Jalisco

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for the last 6 years, but this is the first time I eat at this location, unfortunately the service was not good...;

We ordered 3 quesadillas for my dad who doesn't eat meat, and they arrived almost at the end of our meal,we wait for around 25 minutes, the place wasn't that crowded, there were tables available about 10 maybe.

I asked for the quesadillas 3 times until they finally arrived, I asked for tortillas and they sent them to another table by mistake, and ours took about 10 minutes longer to arrive.

Considering the record they have as the best and fastest service my experience in this location was not pleasant.

Finally we asked for the bill 2 times on the second occasion a girl (waitress) apologized and commented that she forgot to take the ticket.

The food as always is delicious but the experience was...

Pésimo servicio, les doy una estrella porque de plano es lo menos que se les puede otorgar, el día de hoy 26 de abril de 2022 pedí una mesa para 2 personas adultas más un bebé, la pedí cerca del área infantil para que el bebé pudiera jugar, los jóvenes que atienden mis respetos, nos dieron justo lo que ordene, posteriormente el bebé se puso a jugar en él área de niños y yo procedí a ordenar, en cuanto pido orden y comenzamos a comer sale el gerente diciendo “que no está permitido usar el área de niños” situación que jamás se nos informó aparte como reitero lo hizo justo después de que comenzamos a comer, desde mi punto de vista lo hizo con doló para que no pudiéramos cancelar e ir a otro lugar, reiteró que el área de niños está abierta al público, no tiene ningún letrero de restricción y tan es asi que el joven de la entrada nos dio acceso. Soy comenzal de hace muchos años y la verdad jamás me habían hecho una humillación asi! No vuelvo a visitar su lugar. Anexo fotos del gerente, señor de aproximadamente 40...
