Starbucks Plaza Los Robles — Restaurant in Jalisco

I went to this Starbucks on March 20th, 2023 at 9:26PM and needed some time to cool off and think about my review carefully before posting. I had a strong craving for a delicious and sweet treat for my drive home, and I decided to come to this establishment to get myself a yoghurt frap which is pretty much the only thing I ever buy since my body can't take on coffee. Anyway, I always find it quite entertaining to give my name and wait to see how they spell it but the cashier took that fun away by asking me to spell my name which is not a problem and I am happy to do despite the fun from having a misspelled name seen on my drink being taken away. The real issue I had with my drink is that there was no trace of yoghurt in it whatsoever AND the cashier did not bother asking me whether or not I wanted whipped cream in my drink. It was way too watered down as I am sure you will see in the attached photo. If the drink appears to be almost finished, quite the contrary, I only entertained the idea of drinking this beverage so I did not have to throw it in the garbage, which I ended up doing anyway after the bad stomachache I had afterwards. I have also included a copy of my receipt so you can see for yourselves I did NOT get what I paid for. I can't trust this Starbucks to prepare my drinks anymore and I will not be coming back. The service was so unprofessional and I did not expect this level of mediocrity.

Fui a esta surcursal de Starbucks el 20 de Marzo de 2023 a las 9:26 PM y necesitaba unos días para tranquilizarme y escribir mi queja y crítica cuidadosamente. Tenia un antojo para un yoghurt frap lo cual es lo único que normalmente ordeno ya que mi cuerpo no tolera nada de cafeina. Una de las experiencias que más me gusta de Starbucks es darles mi nombre y ver como lo deletrean en mi bebida pero eso no fue el caso esta vez ya que la empleada encargada de atenderme andaba media seria y no tenia paciencia por intentar de escribir mi nombre. Esto no fue tanto problema pero lo que si molesto fue que mi bebida no tenia NADA de yoghurt Y no me pregunto la empleada si quería crema batida. Sabía demasiado a agua lo cual se notará en la foto que publicaré junto con el recibo de lo que podrán ver y será evidencia de que NO recibí lo que pagué. Si se nota que si casi me lo tomé todo solo fue porque no quería hecharlo a la basura aunque si termine haciéndolo solo porque me dio un dolor de estómago muy feo. Ya no puedo confiar en esta sucursal para preparar mis bebidas y no pienso regresar pronto. El servicio no fue profesional y no esperaba este nivel de...

Había tenido buena experiencia hasta hoy. Hice mi pedido para recoger en tienda, y al llegar por mi pedido y tomarlo para irme a una mesa, una de las chicas se salió de la barra a perseguirme cuestionándome si había pedido por Delivery, al decirle que SI y preguntarle por qué, no me respondió, al contrario, me preguntó si Yo era la persona para la cual estaba asignado el pedido con mi nombre.

Juro que no vuelvo a esta sucursal. Fue una chica de lentes, en el servicio de la noche. De qué sirve tener la app y ser miembro GOLD si cuando pides para pasar por tus cosas te van a perseguir como si fueras un ladrón?

Cabe agregar que estaban todos hechos pelotas, mucha gente en la fila y los baristas no sabían ni en qué pedido iban.
