I tried these tortas when I was a kid, and after 20 years they taste as good as ever. The place itself has a nice decoration, it's spacious and has a nice music background. Food is cheap (compared to other places) and it's quality is top of the line, it's a place you must stop by if you ever come to Guadalajara and want a bite of their traditional "tortas ahogadas"

Quedó muy bonito el local. Pequeñito limpio moderno. La receta de la salsa y la crema en los lonchera no es la mera mera original, pero está buena. Hay un menú adiciónal con pepitos, hamburguesas y platillos mexicanos. Este es de los de Chrome el fan de Star Wars. Ya son 4. No les deseo suerte sino que le impriman mucha dedicación, y que sigan creciendo.

Si me gustaría una compensación, pero más aún que revisen el lugar para que estén seguros que no haya ninguna plaga. Ya intenté comunicarme con el establecimiento y no contestan.

El día de hoy compré tres lonches la cosa es que a uno de los que pedí le traía dos cucarachas dentro y me di cuenta a la mitad. La salsa tiene buen sabor pero, comparado con las tortas Gema de otros lados (plaza del sol, por ejemplo) le hace falta algo. Además las tortas están más pequeñas y no tienen lomo adobado. Pedí de pierna y se sentía como seca y dura.

No pidan papas gajo: la porción está muy pequeña: Pioja caciqueada, diría yo. Queríamos malteada y no había leche.

Y para rematar, tardaron muchísimo en tomar la orden y servir. Tomando en cuenta la facilidad de preparar el platillo y que la salsa está ya hecha, además de que casi no había gente,...

HOY quedo VERDADERAMENTE DECEPCIONADA. Lonches MÁS PEQUEÑOS. Me cobraron APARTE, $13.00 de CADA lonche, por una tira de tocino que medía 5 × 1 cms, partido en.dos. Jitomate, era UNA "rebanada" del tamaño de una moneda de $10. Tambièn me cobraron, $8.00 màs por el cambio de papas a aros de cebolla. En total paguè $238.00 por dos MINÚSCULOS lonches mal hechos. Uno los quiere ayudar y lejos de esforzarse en atenciòn, fastidian al cliente. Que pena. Me pierden...
