It's a big nice fast food restaurant. The service is a little slow and they don't care about customer service. I ordered an apple pie with my breakfast, then noticed on the receipt that they subtracted a cafe Americano from my order at $0. Surprisingly it was a good experience. No self serve kiosks. You get to interact with a person. My server was patient with me as my Spanish is not very good. Food was hot, tasty and a good value.
