Petra Pizza a la Leña — Restaurant in Jalisco

Loved the vibe and decoration. Unfortunately, this place seems past it’s prime. From the get go, I ordered a pacifico. Sorry, they don’t have it. Next beer choice, sorry don’t have it. Ok corona. No big deal. Then I choose my pizza, the sayulita, sorry they don’t have it. At this point it’s funny. Then when my second choice pizza comes, it’s burnt on the outside but the dough was barely cooked. How do manage to undercook a thin crust pizza?? The staff were all lounging around acting like they are doing my favors. One of them should be running to the store to get the things they are missing. It looks as though whoever owns this place hasn’t been around for a long time and does not have any interest in keeping things...

I just ordered three pizzas from this place and I couldn’t even stomach through the first bite. Pizza sauce tasted like it was ketchup based, and the pizza crust came soggy (have never seen brick over pizza feel moist before). The presentation was terrible, but I could forgive that fact if it didn’t look as if it were reheated from overnight in the refrigerator. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Rico, buen servicio, excelente ambiente, buen costo! (Esta fue mi opinión hace 8 meses, pero hoy enero 2020 y a finales de diciembre 2019 venimos y aunque las pizzas siguen siendo buenas, el servicio de meseros y quién los coordina es pésimo, lo peor... nos hicieron esperar casi media hora para traer el menú, los meseros no tienen ni idea de lo que hacen equivocan las órdenes, tardaron una hora en traer la pizza y ni siquiera estaba lleno, las bebidas llegaron muy tarde y de sabores distintos al que nos prometieron, otra bebida la trajeron una vez que mi esposo había ya terminado de comer (o más bien cenar) ya con la pizza en la mesa y otros 10 min de espera tuve que ir yo a traer los platos y salsas porque nadie regresó... y no solo ocurrió con nosotros, también en otras mesas, y el costo aumentó, en promedio cada pizza sale ahora en $190-198 ... han descuidado mucho el servicio y yo no regreso ahí hasta dentro de un año a ver si acaso ya les conectan las neuronas a los...
