Sagrantino is a beautiful restaurant in an amazing location in Guadalajara . The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. I definitely recommend Sagrantino if you’re looking for a luxurious and upscale restaurant. They have valet parking which they charge 35 pesos but you can also park your vehicle in the back of the restaurant for free. If you want to go somewhere nice, Sagrantino is one of the best.

El lugar muy fresco y agradable, pedimos tacos de camarón y pulpo, pero el camarón estaba super sobre cocido y sin sabor, sólo de acompañamiento venían con cebolla por lo que se sentían muy secos. Los tacos de lechón estaban buenos sin llegar a ser espectaculares y para costar más de 200 pesos pues ni en cantidad ni en calidad los valía. Un rib eye prime que raramente estaba sellado solo de un lado, lo que no le hacía justicia a la calidad del corte, más atención ahí puesto que las orillas que si estaban bien selladas eran deliciosas, la cocteleria puede mejorar mucho, el servicio muy bueno y rápido, tal vez sacrificaria unos minutos más de espera por mejor calidad en los detalles. El robalo hinalaya, que se prepara en tu mesa, no lo pedí pero la mesa de el lado si, el mesero es quien lo cocina, en primera no sello bien la piel y lo emplató con la piel hacia abajo (lo cual es pecado), creo que un pescado debería cuidarse más y debería prepararse en cocina, ya que el espectáculo de cocinarlo en la mesa, arriesga demasiado un pescado de esa calidad que se presume. En resumen una cuenta de 2300 que no sentí bien gastados.

It has been several years of great food, but even better ambiance and memories. Isolated in residential area with a view of a community park, Sagrantino ebbs with a peaceful romance and unpretentious elegance. I like to seat with my mom by the street side view and observe people exercising in the park while enjoying a tasty soup or lush burratta. Enjoy!

Went for lunch: Great service, pleasant atmosphere, unique options, and reasonable value. At a table of ten people or so, every dish was different, but each was carefully presented. The setting is nice, but the food is not great for the price. The seafoods were not totally fresh, the grilled foods were over-seasoned, presumably because the beef wasn't as fresh as it should be.
