Situated in the hard rock shopping plaza this place absolutely DELIVERS! Standouts are firstly the service. Karen and team were so attentive! Chef came out to describe specials. Super warm and professional. Don’t skip the crab cake appetizer, pork belly special was great, steaks are solid, Mac and cheese was awesome, etc etc. Bartender (another amazing female employee) was incredibly informative and made me a killer mezcal cocktail. This place deserves your business.

Restaurante localizado dentro del complejo del centro comercial del Hotel Hard Rock, cuenta con vale parking gratuito! Me llamo mucho la atención las diferentes areas del restaurante, terraza, barra, mesa para cenas románticas frente a cava de vinos, entre otras para que elijas a tu gusto. Nosotros cenamos adentro justo frente a la barra, comenzamos con clam chowder y almejas cocinadas en tuétano (imperdible!! La salsa es exquisita). Seguimos con camarones cucaracha y 700 grms chamorro (es el hueso de brontosaurio que viene en la carta), el chamorro esta bañado en una salsa que tuvimos que pedir extra ya le daba un sabor increíble a la carne que se desprendía del hueso (salivando mientras escribo esto) Muy buenos detalles en este lugar lo cual destacan de otros, uno de ellos es el trabajo en equipo, como festejan el cumpleaños de los trabajadores, como con un tormenton bárbaro que nos cayo todo el equipo se puso de pronto a ayudar con detalles de la terraza, hacer sentir como en casa a los comensales y por si fuera poco esto nos regalaron una caricatura de nuestra cena. 100% recomendado por foodie tapatío, sin duda una grata experiencia gastronómica y gran calidez humana.

Este restaurante dentro del Hard Rock Hotel es de primera. Pedí un Tomahawk de 1.3 kg en término medio y que se terminó de asar en una piedra de sal volcánica, el corte incluía 4 acompañamientos que la verdad esos si no me pude terminar. Mi esposa pidió la hamburguesa y también estaba deliciosa y enorme le tuve que ayudar casi con la mitad jajaja. Las micheladas les quedan muy buenas así como la jarra de naranjada mineral. La atención de los messeros y la gente de cocina que la verdad sabe perfectamente lo que hace. Este corte se me olvidó preguntar de donde viene su carne, pero me supo más rico que en Palominos. Tenemos que volver para probar los demás cortes y platillos.

Me and my man had the most fantastic dinner and experience at Zaphiros. The manager Rafa(Rafiel)was exceptional! He went way way above and beyond to blow us away. Brought us this amazing fruit infused rosemary water,complimentary, and then brought me a refreshing cocktail on the house bc of a special occasion. I had the Canadian salmon. It was cooked to perfection! My guy,had the lambchops..said they were well seasoned and delicious. And the kicker!! I got a complimentary coffee with my desert without even asking. Rafa is the best manager ever..he truly deserves to be in a 5 star facility....

So some good, and some bad.

We ate ceviche, short rib, duck, and dessert.

Bad; brought out our appetizer, and main dishes at the same time. The mushrooms in the gravy were very bitter and I couldn’t eat them. Never had such a bitter mushroom. The duck was also very chewy and not crispy at all. It did seem cooked fully but just not seared at the end for the correct texture.
