Hotel and Suites Quinta Magna — Hotel in Jalisco

There were a couple of glitches, but the staff were so nice and professional i can overlook those glitches and say I would stay at his hotel again because the price was well worth it , especially if your on a budget. The hotel should consider itself fortunate for having such great front desk staff.||What i can say is that the free breakfast needs to improve drastically and i didn't bother to give it the benefit of the doubt. ||Tip: Take your electrical outlet because there is no more than 2 wall sockets in the room or at least visible. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. The room and restroom were both clean. You can easily access public transportation like the bus. Taxis pass by abundantly and they will take you any where you want to go. The front desk personnel will have one ready for you upon request. Hotel looks nice, however, our room was the size of a closet, sheets were dirty, ripped, didn't fit the bed correctly. The check in desk staff didn't have awesome customer service skills. Offered my teservatiin number, didn't want it. Couldn't find our reservation. Advised us couldn't find our reservation. Offered the number again, found the reservation. Never advised us of where anything was in the hotel, ie restaurant. Would NEVER recommend this...
