After paying $185 mxp for a pint of ice cream, (see photos before eating any) we returned home to see the pint had been packed half empty. ;( We were very disappointed and feel cheated and taken advantage of.

Fui x 3 frappes pero el día de hoy estaba una señorita de nombre Martha, quien dijo que era la "gerente " es súper cortante, grosera y no escucha lo que uno le dice pues esta muy entretenida en su tablet. Le estaba diciendo que le pusiera suficiente crema a los frappes e inmediatamente se puso a decir que era cobro extra, cuando le dije que nunca nos cobraban extra, reiteró que era la encargada y que si queríamos bien y que si no, hasta luego ( prácticamente nos corrió sin saber sí aceptariamos) Llevó viniendo a esta sucursal hasta 2 veces por semana desde que abrieron, (pese a que me queda más lejos) pues el servicio y la atención de los chicos y chicas que ahí laboran, siempre había sido muy buena, son atentos y nos sirven justo lo que exhiben, incluso tuvimos un par de incidentes, nos salio plástico en 2 frappes ya que su licuadora no servía, lo dejamos pasar pues nos dieron solución y cambiaron las bebidas, la verdad no se que hubiera pasado si nos toca con esta persona. Es muy triste que los encargados sean así, ninguno de los chicos que atienden jamás tuvieron...
