Abricotier Hamburguesas — Restaurant in Mérida

This is my new favorite hamburger place! They have a wide selection of normal or gourmet burgers and indoor seating with a/c.

We tried the Classique Plus which is a bacon cheese burger and the Procençal which is a fancy burger with goat cheese, pickled pear and honey. Both were delicious - the ingredients were top quality, the house made brioche bun was the perfect complement to the meat and I even liked the house made mayonnaise. I’m a big believer that fries should always be served with cheese and gravy and the poutine fries will not disappoint you. I only got a single patty burger but it was still too much food.

I wasn’t expecting the variety of artesanal drinks. I got the horchata with expreso. Next time I’ll try one of the cold tea drinks.

Someone else mentioned on FB that this place had the best burgers in Merida. They were spot on. The burgers were hand patted, well- seasoned and cooked perfectly.They were dressed with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion The French fries were crispy, hot and salted. The service was excellent and the inside, air conditioned seating area was spotless and well-decorated. And the agua Fresca was a delicious mix of pineapple, cranberry, and coconut. We ate here a few nights ago based on the good reviews. They weren't wrong at all! The hamburgers are DELICIOUS and the chef, who has French origins, knows how to give personality and originality through the choice of ingredients.
