Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Mérida

Hands down the worst Dunkin’ Donuts.

Consistently out of things. Today they shut the TV menu off, why? Because they have no bread, of ANY type. On a Saturday morning. Therefore no sandwiches.

How bad do you have to be as a manager to never have stuff in stock? Another sign of bad management is always new staff rotating in.

This was the last time I’ll go just to be let down again. Don’t waste your time, and certainly if you do, lower your expectations way down. Won’t even be close to the Dunks experience you know and love. This place is in serious trouble.

Oh, and they charge extra for milk...

Looks like it is an ok place for wifi and that is about it. The person takung the order repeated back what we ordered, 2x and yet when handed to us, we got a hot coffee, not iced as orderedI got iced coffee with extra shot of espresso and still the entire coffee was too white and hardly any coffee! I decided to try the Tocino bagel, and it was a very old bagel with rubbery tasting egg and meat. The hash browns tasted microwave heated from frozen and i gave it to my chickens in the car. Great location with little choices for donuts. Cold latte was great. Coconut donut was nice. No twists, no strawberry dip, no jelly filled and the cinnamon rolls are old fashioned dry, not typical. The choices made me mad really. I wanted to show my Ukrainian girlfriend a Dunkin and she had to settle for DuuuCan. Seems they are trying to be more like Starbucks and subway then the hundreds of donuts with black coffee.
