Read moreI ordered a super cheese at the drive thru. After checking the order I noticed pepperoni on it. So I went to tell them I only wanted cheese. The drive thru person acted like I was an idiot and said "it's a super cheese, you didn't know it comes with pepperoni?" and proceeded to make a scene. He then called the boss over who said they could get us the cheese and told us to wait in the car. 40 minutes later we check with them and the same drive thru person casually hands it over where it had been sitting the whole time. Le pregunté a un chico que porque no tenían más cajeros ya que había mucha gente en la fila y me respondió que no tenían personal, cuando habían 3 personas sin uniforme en la parte de la producción con sus celulares y le comenté que tomara las órdenes para agilizar el servicio así como lo hace cualquier negocio que se dedica a esto, el cual me respondió que el día que trabaje yo ahí entonces si obedecerá mis órdenes!! Le pregunté su nombre y claro ésta que no me lo dio. Eso me da a entender que no tienen algún encargado en el área, mi pregunta es.. así es como les enseñan a responder a sus empleados? Soy un cliente frecuente (dos veces por semana) y la verdad es que siempre hay detalles como que no entregan los tickets a la hora que se paga, o siempre escuchan música y no son tan productivos como deberían serlo.
