I went to petit delice today. Everything looked amazing, the croissant crunchy and light but we were disappointed by the taste of the pastry. We took one of each Chocolat Eclair far too much filling, very heavy choco taste, filling overwhelmingily sweet and not a light mousse, the dough was not airy enough
The lemon tartelet was also too sweet but texture great
The pavlova looked fantastic but again extremely sweet and except sugar no flavor
Macaron de framboise looked amazing but also extremely sweet , overwhelming
Chou Cantilly was a perfect dough, airy and crunchy outside but the whipped cream and the vanilla cream again over sweetened.
I would always get more croissants but nothing else, their products look french style patisserie but the sugar content is adapted to the mexican market. 530 pesos badly spent Between 3 we tried all pieces and all came to the same conclusion but i have to say we are...
Petit Delice siempre me hace sentir bienvenido. . Bon Appetit! Y Buen provecho!
I cannot say enough great things about my experiences at Petit Delice. The food, the atmosphere, the service and the pride they take in their work is exceptional. I spoke to Alex, the general manager, who explained that the owners have been in business for 15 years...and it shows! Consistency is the key to success and they are proving it. Where do I start?! The food is always delicious with impeccable presentation. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is clean and fresh with a chic French cafe style. I recommend the Quiche Lorraine (perfect consistency, fluffy) and the Rancheros Shakshuka. Oh! And desserts! I highly recommend the chocolate eclair and the little lemon tart. So delicious. They also have the traditional macarons, profiteroles, choux chantilly, mille feuille... and more! Successful restaurants are about more than just good food and a nice atmosphere. There must be cohesion with staff and management, pride in the product, and professional service. It's a great feeling to patronize a restaurant that cares about their product and their customers. Petit Delice always makes me feel welcome. . . and Alex was a pleasure to talk to, as were the rest of the service staff....
Read moreI will start with minus - slow service . But !!! Delicious food , really delicious , we have been for 3 breakfasts from 4, Monday was closed . Delicious croissants. Delicious The scramble, fruits with yogurt , sandwiches . Great friendly people who work there . I like the appearance of the workers , I saw at the kitchen ladies had face masks, professional clothes, hair covers kinda hats. Beautiful white interior, clean , it’s double tasty to eat at such a place . So that minus at the beginning disappears after all that pluses ! Wish we could have like that cafe in Tucson. . From baby Xavier big hello and thanks!!!
P.S. at the restroom near sink I would put open bucket for used napkins , it’s easy to throw away napkins , specially when you use it for...
