This was a great experience. My wife is Persian and loves Lebanese food (Persian food more of course) and I used to have a client that was a 70 year old Lebanese great grandmother that would bring dishes in to my office all the time. So I have been spoiled by tradition dishes.

I've been to many Lebanese and middle eastern restraunts serving the same dishes but al Andalus was on point!

Every dish was legit, cooked perfectly and delicious. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly and a good size compared to most restaurants.

The tabbouleh was the perfect ratio of all ingredients. This salad is rarely correctly prepared but here it was perfect.

The carne stuffed grape leaves and the keppe bola I could eat everyday.

The eggplant dish "al Andalus" was delicious too

Add to that the amazing service and atmosphere and you can't go wrong.

We both said before leaving when we want a taste of the middle east and Lebanon this...

5-Star Review for Al-Andalus Lebanese – CDMX

Tucked away from the main tourist paths, Al-Andalus Lebanese is an absolute gem in CDMX and easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had during our stay. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a trendy, clean, and ambient space that felt both modern and authentic.

We ordered the hummus, tabbouleh, and shawarma—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Surprisingly, one of the unexpected highlights was the French fries. Sounds simple, but they were next level—light, crispy, and addictive, likely thanks to whatever magic they’re using in that fryer oil.

The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating of our limited Spanish. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even helping us navigate space for our stroller and baby carrier without any hassle.

This spot is a must-visit for anyone craving a break from typical fare. It’s off the beaten path, but 100% worth the detour. Highly recommend.

Just in case Spanish helps the review

Altamente...

I had only been to their restaurant in downtown and since I read that the place is not that nice, we decided to order to go. We ordered two “mesas libanesas con shawarma”, one order of kepe bola, and some desserts (dedos de novia are amazing) for 5 people. Everything was delicious, just as I remembered from 5 years ago. I recommend to go in a group or order to go in order to try many mezzes and meat dishes (e.g. kepe bola is a must!). It is expensive (about $20 usd per person) but it’s totally worth it. The place definitely needs some remodeling. But you need to go there for the food or visit their...
