Casa Prime Santa Fe — Restaurant in Mexico City

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while, but the quality has noticeably declined over the past few months. The salad was disappointing—barely any Serrano and lacking freshness. They used to serve six sauces at the table, now it's just three. Tortillas came out hard and cold, and the guacamole was made with under-ripe avocados.

Cocktails were either too sweet or watered down. Service was also poor—we had to ask three times for a drink, and no one came by to check on our table until we got up to find someone. There were plenty of staff around, but no clear management or coordination.

Really unfortunate to see a place that used to be good lose...

Really good environment, the music was so good that even the waiters were singing 😆! It is perfect to go with friends and families (including small children). The food consists mainly on different types of meat but has vegan options as well (like vegan burgers and salad, I tried the arugula and spinach salad with strawberries). The meat was on point and the side dishes as well (we ordered fries with truffle, cesar salad, and onions in cream). Definitely would come with friends for a special occasion or birthday. I would like to add that we have also tried their delivery through Uber Eats and everything...

Acudí en pareja y sin conocer nada del lugar. Íbamos a hacer tiempo antes de ir al cine. La decoración está linda, da la impresión de ser un restaurante fino pero ponen música súper fuerte, como de antro. Hacía muchísimo calor en el área del salón. El menú se nos hizo la cosa más equis y extremadamente caro. Primero nos trataron muy amables. Nos trajeron una cosa de botana "cortesía de la casa" y cuando mencioné que sólo íbamos a beber (porque no se nos antojó nada de su comida) inmediatamente cambiaron de actitud. En serio hasta la sonrisa se les fue. Quitaron la botana, los cubiertos, hasta el display dónde tienen el menú. Ni siquiera sé qué era la botana porque la pusieron y quitaron tan rápido. ¿No que era cortesía? Nos hicieron sentir como que querían que mejor nos fuéramos, si no íbamos a dejar un cuentón, y eso que pedimos bebidas del menú "High Mixology", o sea, las más caras. Les dejo imagen de comparación de lo que ponen en el menú y lo que te llega a la mesa. ¿Consideras que así se ve una bebida de $350 pesos? La imagen decorativa está impresa en una oblea y recortada como por un niño de 4 años y no traía las cosas rojas.
