Old outdated rooms in states of disrepair. Mold stains on the ceiling, air conditioning barely works. I was also woken up out of a sound sleep at 10pm on a Wednesday night when they started some sort of concert outside on hotel grounds. Front desk's response was "sorry, it will end at 11" they could not move my room either. absolutely unacceptable for a Wednesday night. This is my third time staying at this hotel. The first two times were in 2014 and 2018. The place was beautiful. This time, 2025, it looks like nothing has been maintained in the rooms since 2018. Never again will I give this hotel my business

Stayed while attending a wedding recently. Our stay was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and welcoming. The wedding venue and reception at the hotel was beautiful and the dinner served was amazing! The area is beautiful! A huge benefit to our staying here this last trip was that with-in walking distance there were tons of shopping and restaurants. It was definitely a memorable stay and we would most definitely stay again in the future.

This was really a bad experience. Old and dirty rooms, poor service level, poor illumination, expensive food, I could continue. This was the last time I stay at some hotel of this chain. It use to be a good option in terms of cost vs benefits perspective. But now is terrible and they are really good on making sure to provide the worst experience during your stay.

I've been in Camino Real 3 times. First time someone (from staff or host don't know) tried to open my door every night (fortunately I was using the security lock). Second time was a nightmare: I was there for business and right down my room there was a graduation party going on (beware, they event hall, and they use. A LOT). They knew I was there for businesses and didn't minded to put me right above this event hall. When I complaint they only option they gave me was to wait. Until 5 am!!!! Third time (I was there again just only because it's the cheaper hotel nearby) I had several problems with cleaning. They stayed 2 days without cleaning, they say this service is until 3pm but you can arrive at 4:30pm and find they in your room. Breakfast is awesome, other meals are just ok. Location is pretty good to. Best reason to stay is just the price,...

On July 7, 2025, I stayed at Camino Real Santa Fe. Overall, my stay was good; however, I encountered an issue after checking out. I left my carry-on and backpack with the bellboy for a few hours since my flight was in the evening. After retrieving my luggage from the bellboy and leaving the hotel, I realized that some electronics were missing from my backpack. Although the valuables in the backpack had a lock, someone had forced the zipper open to steal small electronics through the opening.

I reported the theft via email within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel to Elder Velazquez and Berenice Cardenas. They assured me they would investigate the matter, but I never received a follow-up. I believe this incident could have been addressed by reviewing the security camera footage, but Camino Real did not respond to...

I liked the location. Everything else inside the hotel isn’t good.|Coffee machine in the room literally produces brown water and not coffee. Coffee pads and creamers were never in the room, so we had to buy ourselves some. Room cleaning is done after 5pm. The first night we had to tell them to not make our room because we came back at 5 tired and needed a rest but they were just going to clean our room. |The next day, same thing, they came to clean our room at 5pm, we had to leave and go into the lobby to wait, even though we were exhausted. Cleaning people took all our towels and didn’t replace them. We called the receptionist 4 times to ask to bring towels, and waited for over an hour. Very very...
