Del Bosque — Restaurant in Mexico City

I asked if ut was possible to get only a drink, I was set next to the window and after asking for guacamole, they also said it was possible. Unfortunately, my waiter then changed. I never received the guacamole, I ordered a glass of white wine, the only one per glass they had, they brought a different brand, which was fine, but I was served a full glass without tasting and it was bad. Pésimo servicio, pésima comida.

El pasado domingo fui al restaurante junto con un grupo de 40 personas, al ingresar al restaurante y estando en la mesa tardaron poco más de 15 minutos para poder ofrecernos algo de tomar, pedí pan dulce y este tardo más de 20 min en llegar a mi mesa, 20min!!... además de que el mesero se molestó al pedirle café descafeinado. El buffet deja mucho que desear caro y feo, comida fría y sin sabor; Me serví "consomé" el cual era pura agua con chiles flotando, los garbanzos crudos, barbacoa sin sabor y sobrecocida, al comerla dejaba una sensación desagradable en boca. Chilaquiles fríos y secos. Sinceramente ya no quise probar nada más del buffet, todas las personas con las que iba, tuvieron malas experiencias con la comida, el gerente brilla por su ausencia, en ningún momento lo ví para poder comentar todo esto.

La fruta sin sabor, y no se diga de los vasos para el jugo... Olían horrible! Me enferme del estómago, y no fue algo más que haya comido, ya que la infección comenzó en la noche, es decir .. pasaron poco más de 12hrs, las cuáles y si es que tienen conocimiento del cuidado de los alimentos, son los cruciales para que un alimento mal cocinado y mal cuidado pueda generar una infección... Lamentable la visita al lugar, perdieron 40 clientes y si no tienen los cuidados necesarios podrían perder mucho más!... Les agradecería, pero no hay nada...
