I understand the need to conserve water in a Megacity with constant drought concerns, but this massive sculpture and fountain (which is supposed to flow around the park side), dedicated to the god of rain, by a legendary artist… is so much less impressive when sitting stagnant. It's a nice place to pass by on any weekend although it can get crowded at some time.
