Fogo De Chão Perisur — Restaurant in Mexico City

So every year I've gone to other places to celebrate my birthday and I've never done this restaurant. This is my first time going to this restaurant and I was blown away by the ability of the staff to take care of us with such an amazing and fine detail I rarely give out five-star ratings but this was an incredible experience from the beginning to the end. It was very overwhelming in a good way to receive the non-stop various cuts of meats and I was also surprised to see such a healthy variation in their salad bar. Every single person from the staff was very friendly and very attentive to detail in regard to how we were being treated. They made sure we had an amazing experience and also gave us recommendations in regards to different Meats and how to eat them to best enjoy the experience. It is rare for me to give a restaurant a 10 out of 10 and I am definitely itching to go back, however for some people this might be expensive but for me it was worth every single...

Visiting Fogo de Chão was an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The service was truly remarkable; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Esperaba más por el precio que pagué, la verdad es que en general el lugar está muy bonito, vale la pena como para una cena o una ocasión especial.

La comida es rica, los cortes de carne se ve que son de calidad, al igual que la barra de ensaladas, que está muy surtida y muy buena, es lo que más recomiendo, de hecho, es lo que más me gustó de mi visita, pero la verdad es que más allá de eso, no vale lo que cuesta, el precio es excesivo por la cantidad de los cortes que te dan, te lo venden como que si pagas el precio más caro que son casi $700 pesos te van a dar más de 12 cortes, la verdad es que a mí me llegaron ocho y cuando pregunté, hasta el mesero se sorprendió y se hizo un poco el ofendido y me dijo que sí me había traído los 12, “que si quería me traía otro pollo marinado”, como si me estuviera haciendo un favor, lo que menos me gustó de todo el lugar fue la atención, es bastante mala, tanto del mesero que trae las espadas como de la mesera que en esta ocasión me tocó que atendiera a mi mesa, no lo hacen de buena gana y cuando les empiezas a decir que no te traigan cosas extra, se molestan.

Por ejemplo, me ofrecieron copas de vino, bebidas, piña con canela, etc. cuando comienzas a negarte a estas cosas extra, te hacen caras y se ve a pesar de qué traigan el cubrebocas puesto, me hicieron sentir incómoda y justo por eso no regresaré, no vas a un lugar a pagar tanto dinero para que te atiendan de esa forma.

Lo que sí quiero resaltar es la buena atención de la chica que está en la barra de ensaladas, ella me cayó muy bien, es muy accesible y te ayuda e indica cuáles son los platillos que tienen y cómo puedes hacer la mejor combinación, fuera de eso, no hay nada más...
