Gong cha Santa Fe Liverpool — Restaurant in Mexico City

Gong Cha is definitely still the best boba available in Mexico City. 5 stars because the quality is excellent as always. Unfortunately, I spent 20+ mins walking around trying to find this location. Spoiler alert: it is located on the top floor “within” Liverpool, but actually faces the main hallway (see pics for reference) / entrance from within the mall. I also ended up waiting another 15 mins waiting for my drink to get prepared (likely due to understaffing). The tea is okay but the service is horrible. They were handling my order badly and the tea spilled onto the sides of the cup. When we asked them to at least clean the sticky side of the cup with rinsing or wiping it clean, they refused. They acted like it's not their problem but the whole reason of the spilling is due to them being careless. If you don't care about the job, maybe you should find a different job. Hoy lo descubrí, había visto estas bebidas y me daban curiosidad, le dije a la chica que me atendió que era la primera vez que probaría y si me podía orientar, me explicó las bebidas. Me mencionó que la que suelen pedir es la de te negro así que esa elegí.
