Sliders — Restaurant in Mexico City

Skip the appetizers and get the sliders, burgers, or chicken sandwiches. The appetizers we got were the boneless original buffalo wings and Flamin Hot Mac n Cheese. I was hoping to find good wings, but the buffalo wings were incredibly small and they were more breading than chicken, so it was not worth it at all. The Mac n cheese had no flavor and the type of cheese did not go well with the cheetos which were super stale too. The chicken sandwich on the other hand was very good. It was crispy and juicy on the inside. The bacon cheeseburger was also super tender and delicious. The fries taste like McDonald's in a good way. Overall, I would recommend the main dinner items and sliders, but definitely not...

Well, that's my story, quality of the food has decreased, specifically in the sauces and chile, unfortunately a bug appeared in the chile jalapeño, personnel had the best intentions to recover from this very bad situation, I tried my best to avoid react, because I've never been a person that takes profit or like to do an announcement when bad things happen, however it is impossible to hold, I hope this helps to take care of quality of products, attention and atmosphere it is good, sorry...

Algún conocido nos recomendó este lugar y ahora que regresamos al centro comercial después de la pandemia, al pasar frente a este local nos dimos cuenta de que habían retirado la celosía que tenían a la entrada (que no invitaba a entrar) y se veía un lugar tranquilo y agradable, por lo que decidimos probar algo nuevo. En términos generales, la atención es buena, la comida bastante regular y no justifica los precios del menú; las guarniciones se cobran por separado y los refrescos son de lata de 355 ml; si sumas la hamburguesa+papas+refresco por un precio similar en otros restaurantes del mismo centro comercial puedes recibir junto con tu hamburguesa, barra de guarniciones y refresco con refill. Pero en realidad lo que demeritó por completo la experiencia fue el sándwich crujiente de pollo (krispy chicken sandwich en el menú). Fuera de que no lleva más ingredientes que pepinillos y una salsa, el pedazo de carne que proveen está sobre cocido al grado de incomible. Hablamos con el mesero, muy amable nos comentó que así estaba armado el sándwich (solo tres ingredientes) pero que nos mandaba elaborar uno nuevo por la carne plasticosa. La segunda vez mejoró un poco el cocido pero seguía estando grasoso y cero crujiente (una pieza de kfc está mil veces mejor cocinada, para darse una idea), por lo que dejamos el sándwich por la paz y decidimos retirarnos.
