McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexico City

This used to be a great place to eat but it has gone downhill. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a hamburguesa with french fries for my son and paid extra to get large as well as a separate order of french fries also large. When I received the fries they looked to be smaller than they should and when I brought that to the attention of the person serving me they told me that they were 5oz of fries and that they were weighed. The actitude was rude and dismissive. I took the food home and weighed the fries. One was 3.5oz and the other was only 3oz. When I went back to complain the manager refused to attend to me and the same person who delivered the food accused me of eating the fries and trying to get more for free! Finally he did add more to make up the difference but with a very bad attitude. I will not be returning to a store that steals from me, however small the theft...

Super bad service, it seems like they don't care about the business. While management and staff are cheat chatting the customers are waiting for their items. And if you try to complain they all give you a bad attitude mixed with some gestures that make you feel very uncomfortable. They all need to be re-train. I don't think I will recommend this particular place to anyone know. Anyone from the taco stands outside will treat you better. And they don't even have the type of business knowledge you have, but they know customer service is always the main priority for a business survival. Si una pintura de hamburguesa en relieve quieres comprar mcdonald's Ermita es el lugar... Mctrio de pollo: en la foto se veía muy apetecible hamburguesa de pollo, papas y refresco;sin embargo la realidad fue otra, una hamburguesa de no más de 10 cm de diámetro con un trozo de "pechuga de pollo empanizada" que sabe igual que un Nugget, con lechuga, y un poco de mayonesa todo esto con una altura no mayor a 5 cm, las papas escasas y el refresco de un sabor diferente al que pedí.🤷 Combo de 2 hamburguesas con queso más 10 Nuggets: las hamburguesas parecían gorditas de pan, aplastadas, con un intento de carne de res sin sabor... Los Nuggets "normales" lo "mejor" de está compra. En cuanto al servicio, no mejora la experiencia, muchos chic@s preparando los pedidos y en el tiempo que estuve más de la mitad de ellos estaban con algún error de hamburguesas, cambio de sabor de refresco o algún faltante Enel pedido. La actitud de los chicos era muy relajada ante estás situaciones, daban solución pero todo estaba hecho al aventón, lo que generaba que la zona de preparación de los alimentos estuviera sucia porque aventaban las cosas al bote de basura y muchas ocasiones no le atinaban. Esto generó mucho atraso tanto para los clientes que consumían en restaurant como para que los pedimos para llevar. Tenía mucho tiempo de no visitar está sucursal de McDonald's y la verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar. Es muy lamentable que cambie tanto la calidad en el servicio como la de los alimentos de un restaurante a otro, pareciera que la marca genera distinción en el servicio y productos dependiendo la zona en la que se ubique su restaurant, pero no así es la distinción en el costo de...
