McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexico City

This is probably the worst McDonalds location I’ve visited in 10 countries. The cashier won’t take your order (they waited 5min to tell us that after they told us that someone was indeed gonna take our order at the cashier) and the screens don’t have the full menu or lack customization options. They take forever to prepare nuggets and they don’t bring you the sauces you asked for with them. Cherry on top: we ordered pancakes and they had no syrup. Completely dry. Very...

The employees are so attentive here. There are a lot of employees. They’re helping at the ordering kiosks, preparing and delivering food, and cleaning. I went today, a Saturday, and it was so busy that there weren’t even seats. We got lucky and got some, but others didn’t have as much luck.

NO VENGAS A ESTA SUCURSAL! Repito: NO VENGAS. Sí, el lugar es bonito, moderno, con autocaja… pero eso es solo una pantalla. El servicio es TERRIBLEMENTE LENTO, sin importar el día o la hora. Hoy tomé el tiempo desde que hice el pedido en tienda hasta que lo entregaron: 27 MINUTOS. Veintisiete minutos viendo el desorden absoluto del personal. No hay coordinación, no hay liderazgo, y mucho menos sentido de urgencia. Los empleados corren sin rumbo, se contradicen, pierden pedidos y parecen estar improvisando todo el tiempo. Como cliente, uno solo puede ver con frustración la ineficiencia total. Para colmo, se meten indigentes al local, nadie les dice nada, y se quedan adentro molestando a los clientes o pidiendo cosas. No hay seguridad, no hay control, y a nadie del staff parece importarle. Y si esto no fuera suficiente, te OBLIGAN a responder la encuesta de satisfacción, y te ofrecen productos o descuentos a cambio de una buena calificación. Una estrategia claramente diseñada para maquillar sus pésimos resultados. La gerente es una figura decorativa: completamente incompetente, incapaz de organizar al personal o mantener el orden mínimo necesario en un restaurante. NO pierdas tu tiempo ni tu paciencia.
