I had formerly said that Sonora Grille was the best steakhouse in Mexico. I was wrong! Morton's has been here since 2009. It is two to three levels above Sonora Grille and compared to the omnipresent Argentinian steakhouses in this country, well those are not even in the running. Prices - extremely acceptable for the high quality on food items although bar prices are high. On the other hand bar prices are always high at premium restaurants and this one is in Lomas de Chapultepec. Service - the waiter was very professional, knowledgeable of the menu, attentive. Atmosphere - nothing special. The attraction here is the food. Thankfully there is no loud music. Menu - Prime cuts of beef, seafood, pork, and lamb. I highly recommend Morton's to people who like a good steak. If you are an arrachera fan go to a taco restaurant or Argentinian. Morton's is...

What an AMAZING service. We booked our table through Opentable and got a confirmation call asking for our terrace vs. salon preference. We had the mozzarella and prosciutto entree, which was delicious and served with an arugula salad. We also had the filet mignon which was my favorite part of the meal; the short rib tacos, Caesar salad, and the porterhouse. They have a wonderful wine offering (but quite expensive if you compare it with other same-quality restaurants), and ended up ordering Napa Valley’s 689 —can’t go wrong with that bottle. We also got the key lime pie for dessert and the manager offered complementary Prosecco. The place is expensive but you get the quality service you...

Love this place in the states and I was very happy to find out there is one here in Mexico and the only one in Latin America. I love their filet mignon and that is exactly what I had here. I prefers a side of asparagus and Mac and cheese which it was to die for but the side portions are definitely meant to be shared. I will definitely go back my file mignon was cooked just as I like it. I suggest that you sit inside though as at night it does get pretty cold and the food gets cold even faster. Overall service, food and area was very good. This is a high end steak house so be aware that you will minimum spend 1,000-1,500 per person. Definitely recommend for a...

A destacar: 1. ¡Chao!
