The new world rewards only the new creativity and innovation, but that will never can be combined with the ambient of folklore... The question for that new world:. How can you combine that with a classic folklore without making those new awesome dishes "AWKWARD" ???? Now that is a challenge!!!
I have the opportunity to review many restaurants of different sizes and flavors, and nowhere beats Arroyo, I have to write a correction for the manager of Culinary Depot, they state that some of the biggest restaurants in the world their capacity in the dinning area from 800 to 1,500 guests... Arroyo over 2000!
I feel so proud of this people they work in Arroyo making the service an exceptional experience!
The folklore team and music performers make us smile for over 2 hours making us have so much fun.... They remove any stressed feeling from our souls for several days after we have the opportunity to see all the show, food and service.

Food is ok, nothing special, ordered barbacoa, quesadillas and soup. Barbacoa was good, but the quesadillas were horrible, small and really nothing special, same as the soup, very small bowl, and again nothing special. Service was bad, not because our servers weren’t trying, they were trying to do their best, but they were understaffed, the place was at it’s full capacity and there were only a few servers, this restaurant should have more staff.
