Shake Shack Arcos Bosques — Restaurant in Mexico City

Overpriced fast food burgers. Portions were quite small for the prices as all shake shacks so I guess you only visit once in a while because the beef patty is pretty tasty. Drinks were good, especially the half and half. Hot dogs were ok, would not recommend them; fries were good. The chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and “tamal” was not great, too sweet and too much chocolate. The waiting time was not terrible (25 minutes) and they were very organized to assign tables. Shake shack is great…but, please, STOP STOP STOP using Rappi for delivery!!!

Rappi is the absolute worst, and you guys won’t let other deliver apps deliver shake shack. Our kids love shake shack, but we regularly receive the wrong thing (missing items, burgers in lettuce when we ordered regular, no cheese with cheese fries, etc etc) and today received nothing at all after waiting for an hour…Rappi just cancelled it with no explanation.

We have ordered at least 1-2 times a week, but I’m going to stop because Rappi is just impossibly bad. Please please please join didi food...

Today I went to Shake Shack. I ordered a Shack burger, cheesy fries and a lemonade. The service at the register was very friendly and the tables were almost spotless. The wait time was a little bit long for a fast food restaurant, but it was worth it when the food arrived. The burger was pretty tasty, I especially loved the patty. The lemonade was a little bit sour, but still very delicious. The cheesy fries were amazing and came in a very generous portion with melted cheese that melts in your mouth....
