This place always attracts a huge crowd, with both locals and tourists lining up. It has a great atmosphere and a unique queuing system. Although there’s often a long line, and many out-of-town visitors who don’t speak Spanish end up slowing things down, neither the elderly cashier nor the cooks ever lose their patience—this is truly commendable. Honestly, while the taco portions are quite small and the flavor isn’t exceptionally outstanding, the price is already considered reasonable for this area. He tenido oportunidad de visitar más de 100 taquerías en CDMX, siempre buscando los mejores lugares, el mejor lugar no podría ser sólo uno, pues cada establecimiento tiene su encanto, su personalidad única, no necesariamente tacos en restaurante, también en puestos de calle, en casas, en mercados, donde sea y trato de ser muy objetivo y honesto, a estos tacos los subestimé pues siempre habia mucha gente y creí que al no haber meseros no había control y por lo tanto no había calidad, "señor mío Jesucristo me equivoqué", los tacos son increíbles, el sabor me remonta a cuando era niño y mi papá nos llevaba de vez en cuando los viernes a comer en un puesto cerca de la casa, habia una panadería y una miscelánea también, ese es el sabor de esos tacos, totalmente un viaje en el tiempo, un sabor original sin tanto glamour como algunos establecimientos como las taquerías Orinoco, esas taquerías sobrevaloradas dónde los extranjeros creen probar el verdadero sabor del taco, no "friendos" el verdadero sabor del taco está aquí.

Afortunadamente ví a algunos "gringos" ahí y pronto se correrá la voz, hay de todo un poco, campechanos, pastor, longaniza entre otros.

Primero tienes que pagarlos en caja, te dan unos post-its que vas formando en la fila cerca del trompo o formarte para los tacos de suadero y longaniza, vale la pena esperar, "believe me bro", mi único inconveniente es la demora y que a veces no limpian las mesas rápido pero sólo eso, queremos más lugares así. Tacos here are really good. The only weird thing is the lack of information. This is because you need to pay first, then queue in different lines for the pastor, bistec and suadero tacos. I got lost the first few times... hehe. The good thing is that I went early, around 6 pm, because around 8 it gets really crowded. Other tip: don't expect to get a table... even less, a chair! They only have like 4 or 5 high tables, but everybody is everywhere around eating their tacos. It is cool. I will definitely...
