Starbucks Morelia Campestre — Restaurant in Michoacán

Uneducated and ignorant baristas. If you do not know something or what you're talking about, don't pretend to. I came on vacation and wanted to order what we call back in U.S "pink drink" the barista told me it was just like they make it over there. So I trusted that he knew and ordered it. I received a pink and white drink, white on the bottom and pink on top. If anyone knows the pink drink is pink and has strawberries in it. I told him this isn't what I ordered, he said it was it's just different and without the berries. From the beginning I told him in the U.S I order a pink drink he said yes we have that, so clearly he was familiar with the context of where I was coming from. Then I asked him why the pink and white were separated when it never is he said perhaps it's the ice. Lol. The worst part was he never admitted to it being different nor said this is how it's made here. He continued saying it was the same thing. Not only did it look different but it tasted different.
