Starbucks — Restaurant in Michoacán

This is my second favorite Starbucks in Morelia. It is a little more hidden than the Starbucks in Camelinas. Possibly, therefore it is less frequented. There are few tables outside Starbucks. Last week I visited Starbucks, in my opinion the staff is very friendly and attentive, the service is very fast when buying, the coffee is very good to go and enjoy with your friends or family. The only bad thing that I observed in my visit is that sometimes it is very difficult to find parking because there are few places.

Siempre han atendido super bien, pero pongo 2 estrellas, porque un chico voluminoso de lentes del cual desconozco su nombre, tiene una pésima actitud y atención a cliente, pedí un americano frío (en las rocas como todos sabemos) y me dió un americano extra hot con un vaso de hielo aparte, cuando le comenté "Oye, es que era americano frío, me puedes apoyar a cambiarlo" su respuesta fue "Pues yo no te lo puse así fue la cajera" seguido de caras y volteando los ojos de manera "grosera". Entiendo que estén estresados o cansados, pero creo que en el pedir está el dar, entonces, no entiendo porque tener una actitud negativa para con el cliente y sus compañeros de trabajo, posiblemente al muchacho no le caiga bien la cajera, pero ese no es asunto mío como cliente.
