At the beginning of our experience was pleasant. The place is clean and music is good. The menu had great selection, I had order my food and drinks and it was brought to us in a timely manner. I had order an additional food and drinks. The waitress shift was coming to an end and she had to close out all open accounts. I did not have a problem, so I got my drinks in 5 mins and was waiting for my food. 15 mins had passed and nothing. I asked the waitress and she said she was going to see what was the hold up. She came up to me apologize and said the food will be up shortly. 10 mins passed and brouggt the food and said I never added your food to the order and had to open a new tab. I told her if I would of known this from the beginning I would of canceled the food. She apologize and said don't worry about it. We walk off and the manager said hey you can't leave because you will need to pay for the food. I explained what happen and wanted to know how was it our fault and the waitress had mentioned it was on the house. The manager said he didn't care what she said but we had to pay for the food. Quiero compartir mi desagradable experiencia en este lugar. ¡Atentos! Deben estar 8 personas mínimo en cada una de las mesas de tambos. Los meseros te molestan cada rato para pasar a áreas de su trabajo. "Las mesas no están para recargar los codos, solo para colocar las bebidas" lo señaló un mesero. Nos pidieron que no estuviéramos parados que ocupáramos nuestro banco. El sanitario de mujeres en malas condiciones y sucio. Para cobrar mala la estrategia que implementan. Si no dejas propina por la mala atención recibida y te tienen que dar cambio, se burlan de ti, haciéndote esperar y dándote pesos y centavos, y hasta te quieren robar.
