First Server guy was lovely, but when I was enquiring about the price of my order - the older Owner/Manager was abrasive and rude with me, and there just wasn't any need for it. Then whilst I was waiting for my food, he asked me to put a facemask on, which is totally fine, because I'd honestly forgotten to put it on before entering the shop, but then when I looked around and him and all 5 staff weren't wearing facemasks, I was like... what the?
The whole place has a weird vibe to be honest. When I was trying to pay, this woman rudely indicated I was in her way...(I thought she was a customer in a hurry...nope! She worked there lol.)
When I was waiting for my food, I noticed a part of the menu that said 10 rules to be there... (7 or 8 of them started NO... I am a sauce-aholic, and their sauces are legitimately some of my favorite on earth. They have a spicy garlic cream sauce that I could put on every bite of food I take for the rest of my life and never get tired of it.
And the owner is awesome! Every time we have come here, he always takes the time to come and chat with us and make sure everything is perfect with our order. For anyone who has complained about the service; maybe you should look at the vibe you are projecting. Treat people well, and you will be amazed that people will actually...
