A short walk from Sayulita you'll find this beautiful beach. The white sand beach has a roped off designated swimming area, but be mindful of the tides as the current might be too strong for novice swimmers.
There are rocks framing both sides of the beach with lush vegetation filling in behind the beach heading back inland.
Friendly vendors walk the beach. If you're in the mood for shrimp 🦐, a cool drink 🍹, or donuts?! 🍩, they have you covered. If you forgot your umbrella and chairs, or just don't want to bring your own, you're in luck! You can rent a spot right on the waters edge. Otherwise just set up wherever, just be respectful of folks who arrived before you 😉.
There are two primary ways to get to the beach. Google Maps will show you both, depending on how you plan to approach. For most people it's easiest to approach from Sayulita on foot. Read moreWe came here for lunch and ended up getting ripped off by one of the servers named Leo. We asked for a table to eat but there were none available, so he sat us down in lounge chairs with a small table. Really bad experience, the chairs ended up costing more than our meal. He charged us the whole day lounge chair rental even though we were there for just one hour and never asked for the lounge chairs in the first place. If you come here, bring your own food like...

Make sure to pay upfront for anything you rent because if you don’t they will charge you a higher amount upon leaving. If you don’t pay the higher amount they ask they will harass you and threaten you. They had like 6 other guys surround us if we didn’t pay the higher amount.
It’s very sad that these gangs get away with this. Tourist support the Mexican economy yet they do this and leaves you scared to return.
There are a lot of sellers as well who will offer you stuff...
