I came here today for a pumpkin spice latte as it was advertised on their instagram account. Upon arriving I asked for a pumpkin spice latte in which the person who was serving was confused by what I order said they didn’t have it. Llegamos al establecimiento a las 8:45 p. m., sabiendo que el horario de cierre es a las 9:30 p. m. Desde el inicio, notamos una actitud poco cordial por parte del personal. Nos informaron que la comida solo se serviría en envases para llevar, a pesar de que solicitamos comer ahí de forma rápida. La respuesta fue un escueto “pues ajá”, lo cual consideramos poco profesional.

Durante toda nuestra estancia estuvimos completamente solos, mientras los empleados permanecían conversando entre ellos sin mostrar disposición para atendernos o verificar si necesitábamos algo más. Entendemos que estábamos cerca del horario de cierre, por lo que comimos lo más rápido posible, terminando a las 9:35 p. m. Sin embargo, al momento de querer retirarnos, tuvimos que llamarles la atención en voz alta, ya que nadie se acercó o mostró interés en darnos seguimiento.
