Horrible, we happened to go the day there was a game. And the waiter there was just rude, it took about 45 to 50 minutes before they took our order, the guys was attending the other tables but ours, when we approached about him about that he just yelled at us saying l he had other tables to attend. I was mad and looked for another waitress and finally she was able to take our order. I do not recommend this place. We were very patient and at first we understood it was game night and we know how busy they were, but the guys attitude was just so unprofessional and rude, the service by him was awful. I don't feel the other stuff was like that, but due to this recent experience I DO NOT recommend this place. We will never come back, I think there are other options, better options in Nuevo for wings...

Les platico, tenia una reunión con unas amistades en la plaza “Parabién” para ser exactos en un restaurante que está ahí, llegue antes y decidí quedarme a probar unas alitas antes y una cerveza, el lugar estaba casi vacío, así que opté por sentarme a las orillas del lugar en la parte de afuera en una que suelen llamarle “periquera” la mesera que me atendió llego diciendo su nombre nos dejo los menús y se fue, regresa y cuando empezamos a ordenar pues que no tenía ni uno ni lo otro , ciertas salsas, y de las cervezas de barril que solamente tenían clara y así, prácticamente todo lo que quería ordenar (3 cosas) pues no las tenían así que opté por cambiar y al preguntarle a la mesera que cuantas alitas traía la orden ella decía ahí el gramaje ya lo dice y yo de ajá pero cuantas piezas aproximadamente no pues el gramaje ahí lo dice y eran como 500 gramos lo mínimo si mal no recuerdo y lo que me llevaron fueron unos pedazos que sabe Dios si eran de pollo u otro animal porque estaban hasta resecos y quemados malos! … y me lo trajeron medio frío, las papas parecían que estaban recalentadas en microondas y la cerveza muy quemada, se acercó una señora que era la gerente del lugar a decirnos que por la hora (8:00pm) aproximadamente tenía una promoción que si le subíamos una foto a nuestras redes sociales Instagram o Facebook que ella nos regalaba un tarro de cerveza lo cual no accedí y ella muy insistente y con mi teléfono en mesa le faltaba poco por tomarlo y hacer una disque publicación de que todo muy bueno y fotos y postear el lugar. La verdad que feo que deban recurrir a hacer eso para tratar de recibir a más clientes cuando lo que deben hacer es mejorar sus alimentos preocuparse por que este todo lo que dice el menú y sobre todo dar una buena atención y servicio ya que al final cuando pedí la cuenta parece que fue a hacerla con los huesos de alitas tardó fácilmente 10 minutos y todavía me dice que la propina no venía incluida lógicamente no le dejé absolutamente nada de propina ya que no me lo pareció , no vuelvo a ir y no lo recomiendo como dije al principio y lo...

The hostess had a rbf, the waitress rarely came around to the table only if we looked for her and everytime we turned they were all together talking instead of serving their tables, the food was mediocre, we got wings and a burger the meat for the burger tasted like it had been frozen for months and the wings were to oily, the beer was luke warm and when we asked for the check they were charging us for 2 extra beers we didn't order which is something they often do I was told by customers on other tables, the only good thing was the atmosphere it was outdoors nice breeze and live soccer on the screens that was the only good thing...
