Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I have to say that I am a huge fan of BWW since I knew them while I was traveling for work in the States. I was looking forward to visit this branch for my birthday, so I brought my family for lunch - my parents and grandparents. It was so disappointing... From the moment we were outside they had this very loud rap music and it was just so loud inside that we couldn't even have a nice conversation. We asked several times to the waiters to put the volume down but they said it was the restaurant policy to have that music and at that volume level, but actually if I wanted to have this kind of atmosphere I would have gone to a club (AT NIGHT). Totally not appropriate for the customers at that time, because I also observed that it was packed with children. I really don't think I will come back, but probably I will only try another branch...

Overall the service was good. Long wait time to be seated and even longer for the food to come out. Staff was friendly although slow. The menu has changed quite a bit, but the food is still good. Tried their promotional alcoholic drinks which need big improvements. Selection of beers is limited compared to their US counterparts but still decent. Bartenders need to up their game though. Honestly the music is too loud to hold a conversation at the table without yelling. I've visited various location with friends and family, although they say family environment...

Llegamos al restaurante esperando unas buenas boneless pues habíamos ido en diciembre y todo había salido a la perfección, lamentablemente esta vez, no fue así. Pedimos un paquete small y un paquete medium, el small se veía de buen tamaño, pero el medium no, recibí 16 boneless, pero estaban prácticamente sin salsa y no estoy segura de que una se pueda llamar así, ya que media cerca de 3 cm, comparadas con otras que estaban como de 7 cm, además, no sé cómo fue posible que 2 boneless estuvieran prácticamente heladas, mientras todas las demás estaban tibias, me hace pensar que las tenían ahí al sobrar de algún otro platillo. Se pidieron unos jalapeño bites, pero me comentaron que sólo les quedaban 4, por lo que amablemente nos iban a regalar unos mozzarella sticks y aceptamos, pero también venían fríos con el queso duro. Se pidió una hamburguesa clásica, la cuál ni sabía a nada, como si se les hubiera olvidado condimentar la carne y también estaba fría. Se pidió un buffalo Mac N cheese y nuevamente frío el platillo, con el queso cuajado encima. La verdad salimos decepcionados, porque todo estaba frío, casi sin salsa, sin un buen sazón ni buenas porciones, los platillos son costosos como para recibir alimentos de esa calidad o en esas condiciones. Sólo decidimos dejar propina ya que nuestro mesero Abraham, se la rifó toda la noche, fue muy amable, servicial, paciente y atento con nosotros, aún cuando se veía muy atareado al atender tantas mesas, siempre mostró un buen trato con una sonrisa en su rostro, lamentablente la cocina dejó...
