Wowzers ! What a place. Old school style cafeteria, servers were so kind and patient and dressed in an old style cafe style uniform. I had the mountain brealfast that came with 2 mixed eggs, so me beef , some chilquilas that were fantastic. There was options for either fresh juice or fruits, i took the juice , freshly squeezed oj cant go wrong. Then for dessert they give you a choice of freshly baked pastries that are made on site. The coffee waa strong and free !!! Please be advised that this restaurant is quite popular and if you come on the weekend or at a peak hour you will more then likely have to wait for a breif time before a table will become available, but it is definitely worth the wait. It is also on a main walking street area so parking may be a bit of a challenge.

Ubicada en el centro de Monterrey, en la calle Galeana, Cafetería Gaby ofrece un ambiente excelente. Es tranquilo, totalmente familiar, ideal para una comida relajada en pleno corazón de la ciudad.

Sobre la comida, probé la limonada. Estaba buena, aunque no me sorprendió. La salsa que acompañaba los totopos es excelente. Pedí tacos de bistec, que tenían buen sabor, pero encontré algunas cosas que podrían mejorar: los tacos tenían demasiado morrón, y el aguacate tenía pedacitos de cáscara. Además, la tortilla estaba un poco remojada, aunque el sabor era bueno. La calidad es alta, pero el precio me pareció algo caro para lo que ofrecen.

El menú es bastante variado, con muchas opciones para elegir. Sin embargo, la relación calidad-precio no me convenció del todo. Aunque la calidad de los alimentos es buena, los precios son altos, y no siempre se siente que lo valgan completamente.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente; el personal es muy atento. El tiempo de espera para que llegara la comida fue rápido, y el lugar está impecable en cuanto a limpieza, incluyendo los baños. Algo especial de este lugar es la tranquilidad del ambiente, que es perfecto para relajarse.

Si visitas Cafetería Gaby, te recomiendo probar el bistec ranchero, ¡es un platillo excelente! En general, mi calificación para el lugar es de 4/5. Es una buena opción si buscas un ambiente tranquilo y familiar en el centro...

60s inspired theme. Great food at really good prices. I've tried a lot of their food and havent been disappointed. Their breakfast meals are the best. Also, coffee is refillable and they have their own baked sweet bread there. Breakfast is amazing, had the chilaquiles especiales combo plate which incluided the main dish, coffe, fruit or juice, buttered toast, tortillas (flour or corn) and a piece of bread.
