For me the price performance is really bad. It is a fast food restaurant like McDonald's but the prices are higher than Mr. Brown. The worst is their Burger Packaging, the burger gets super wet soft in it...that's nothing positive... Make sure that you are checking your order because we often had something wrong or missing... Generalmente atienden amablemente. En el área de mesas les hace falta orden y limpieza, muchas mesas sucias y tardan en limpiar.
Es la segunda vez que me atienden de muy mala gana en autoservicio, la primera la dejé pasar pero está vez si fue demasiado grosera la chica que nos atendio. apresurandonos todo el tiempo para que nos moviéramos y ni siquiera nos había terminado de atender, Prácticamente nos aventó las servilletas y su actitud no tuvo nada de servicial en ningún momento. Pienso que si su trabajo no les gusta, deberían buscar uno donde si les agrade trabajar y no afectar la empresa de otras personas.
Generalmente los servicios de cadena son buenos, y dependen 100 % del trabajo de sus empleados, si estos no son buenos el servicio tampoco y depende totalmente de quién administre la sucursal, ojalá puedan hacer algo con esto, y no perder más clientes como ya lo hicieron conmigo y mi familia.
