Casa Macro — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I went looking for kombucha, and found the brand I was looking for. While I was there I discovered and learned about the plethora of products that they carry for health. Update: I had lunch here the other day and the food was amazing, it tastes like Casa Macro has really great cooks experimenting with ingredientes to make the healthiest most delicious meals. I love how alive the food is here. I ordered a Macro Bowl and a Tempeh sandwich. Both amazing, had to order two salad dressings for the bowl because it was too gooood. Love the atmosphere and people here. Only thing is the total price can be a bit expensive at times but it comes with the skill the chef has to compose the dishes, as always. Muy bien el servicio sobre todo, el sabor de la comida y porciones bastante agradables, aunque las opciones que tomamos pienso que todavía podrían refinar un poco el sabor (pedimos una torta de tempeh y unas enfrijoladas). Nos dieron a probar el tofú que hacen que estaba muy bueno y nos quedamos con ganas de probar los tacos que creo que por ser mañaneros se acaban a cierta hora, creo que el menú lo dice también. La comida te incluye un té básico que igual puedes endulzar al gusto o creo que la opción de agua, ya si quieres otra opción de bebida se obra aparte. La salsa que tenían estaba bastante picosa pero regulando la cantidad que se le puso estaba bien. Los precios en general razonables aunque tampoco diría que son de las opciones veganas más accesibles de la ciudad tampoco son los más caros. El tipo de opciones del menú se perciben de orden saludable por lo que si se busca algo más grasoso o aceitoso que tiende a tener sabores más "adictivos" pues tal vez no los encuentres aquí. Tienen mayormente buena cantidad de estacionamiento, aunque en horas de mayor afluencia me imagino que si se podría llenar y ser difícil estacionarse.
