KOTO sushi-bar — Restaurant in Nuevo León

My wife and I were craving Japanese and came here ready to eat sushi, gyoza, rice, miso and all sorts of other things. My wife is Colombian, she knows Latin culture so it was odd to her that we weren't even greeted with a hello or good afternoon upon coming in to the restaurant. Oh well, we wanted Japanese! The only menu we could find, to check what the restaurant offered did not have prices. Finally a person working found a menu with prices but gave just one for two people. Okay? We were seated and about ten minutes later a party of six came in and sat down. We quickly decided what we wanted and two minutes later we raised our hand and we were totally ignored, again, and the waiters went to the larger party who came AFTER us. PESIMA ACTITUD DE TRABAJO

El lugar siempre me ha gustado, nadamas que siempre me hacen caras y me niegan cuando solicito GYOSAS (que son uno de los principales motivos por los que me gusta ir al kotto) y eso verdaderamente molesta siendo un buffet en el que tienen los ingredientes y el tiempo disponible para preparar los platillos. Me dan excusas para no prepararmelas y hsta el dia de hoy no me habia tocado que de plano NI SIQUIERA ME LAS SIRVIERAN. La mesera nadamas me dijo: -no te van a preparar tus gyosas- y le pregunto porque y me dice que porque ya surtieron una orden los cocineros y que ya no podian (eran las 6 pm, no era ni tarde porque cierran el buffet a las 9:30) SIEMPRE me toca ser atendido por esa misma mesera en particular de edad ya madura y de tes morena que es sumamente DESPOTA. Te atiende bien a huevo como si te hiciera el favor. Tanto ella como los cocineros en verdad necesitan tener un llamado de atencion por no querer hacer su trabajo. Es la sucursal que mas “cerca” me queda desde que cerraron la sucursal de cumbres y me da tristeza tener que ir hasta alla para tener una linda experiencia y resulte ser un PESIMO servicio. Good food. However, service is lacking. Girl waitress is too pushy and demands a tip and tries to rush you out when there are more people coming in.
