The food and service were a major disappointment.

• Food: The calamari was bland, rubbery, and completely lacking seasoning. The lasagne first arrived cold, and when it was reheated it was still flavourless. My friend’s steak was very average, with too many inedible parts. The only redeeming dish was the pizza, which was excellent – clearly made with effort and skill. We even withdrew cash to ensure the pizza chef alone received the tip.

• Service: The staff were inattentive and unprofessional. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took far too long to be seated. A simple request for a wine list took 10 minutes, and we ended up going to the bar ourselves. To make matters worse, the barman served a bottle of Illivia Primitivo (a red wine) straight from the fridge. Plates were left on our table until I physically moved them onto another one.

What stood out most was the staff’s attitude. They seemed more interested in their phones than in serving guests. I even saw one waiter asked for something, walk into the kitchen, and spend his time scrolling on his phone before eventually carrying plates to a table — still glued to his screen until the last second, when he stuffed it into his pocket. It was a disgraceful display of laziness and disrespect toward paying customers.

Overall: A terrible experience, saved only by the quality of the pizza. Unless management gets serious about staff training, food quality, and basic professionalism, this restaurant will keep driving...

The hostess was quite rude when assigning tables, she registered us at a waiting list for 45 mins, so my siblings and niece were waiting, she told them they could not be waiting inside, so when my sister asked how would they notice if a table was available she responded: " when these persons stand up you can get in" (crystal walls) so my sister went outside was aware of it, and when people stood up my 14 niece went inside to ask, before that, the hostess whos name is Alin (I asked her) saw my niece aproaching and made disgusting face towards her, how can a person be so rude and with an attitude with a 14 year old girl? I went inside to clarify and she told me with an attitude we were not aware, when we definitely were. I understand working at a restaurant is not an easy job, but being rude to a girl and being with an attitude is not for a hostess to do, never going back to this local in particular, service is key in...

Muy decepcionante, intente comer aquí el domingo y desde que llegamos de nota la falta de atención, 5 minutos y no había rastro de recepcionista, después de unos minutos nos atienden y dicen que la espera es de 1 hora a 1 hora y media, algo muy extraño ya que el lugar estaba lejos de estar lleno pero aun así decidí apartar una mesa y esperar, después de una hora regreso y ya nos dan la mesa comentándonos muy quitados de cualquier pena que ya no cuentan con ningún tipo de pizza (un domingo a las 6 de la tarde, un lugar que vende en escancia solo 3 cosas y su atractivo principal estaba agotado a 4 horas del cierre, ridículo a mi parecer) cosa que ya molesta porque no tuvieron la decencia de comentar eso cuando se pidió la mesa (a las personas que llegaban después tampoco se les comento al momento de esperar la mesa, algo que me parece despreciable y obviamente con la intención de engañar y apelar al hambre de las personas). A pesar de todo ya era demasiado tarde para cambiar de planes y fue un gran error, una eternidad para tomar la orden y peor aun, otra hora para que nos fuera servida una ensalada agria y una pasta con una porción de pollo a la parrilla equivocada, se les pidió el cambio y fue otra media hora perdida. Lo único que podría recomendar es la Coca cola que pedí, no se si los domingos no tienen gerente o es un incompetente pero el personal se veía totalmente adormecido, no veías a nadie mínimamente apurado a hacer algo, había una pasividad que te hacia cuestionarte si estabas en una salda de espera de algún consultorio popular. El ambiente es lo único mínimamente decente, muy tranquilo e ideal para tener una cita sin molestas pantallas con deportes que a nadie le importan o mocosos gritando, pero este ambiente pone somnolientos a los mismos empleados. Para terminar de adornar la experiencia al acudir a los baños te encuentras con un estándar similar a cualquier baño portátil de festival o incluso a un baño de gasolinera (pienso que son mejores honestamente). Si quieres jugar a la ruleta rusa este es el lugar ideal, puedes tener un servicio decente o uno deplorable como yo, al final solo fui a tirar mi dinero a una franquicia sin alma ni interés alguno por tener estándares, solamente viven de los incautos que nos dejamos llevar por el nombre. Espero no tener la desgracia de volver a pisar este lugar...
