You come here for the bread and coffee. It's their specialty. The bread is great, fresh, with a good variety. If you time your arrival right, you can get bread fresh out of the oven, hot/warm. The coffee is strong, rhe only way to go. I had a latte and it was robust and tasty. We had the cheese bread balls, a cheesecake, and a pecan cookie. Oh, and panela cheese tortillas (!). All were great. The service is on point, no nonsense and quick. The crew is on the younger side (low to mid 20s) and energetic. After i tried one of your breads i realized why those long education is necessary.. i bought a bread for 75 MXN which was totally old and dry and the flavor was sour... Yes i know that it's a sour bread but no they shouldn't be sour.. thx for this disappointing experience.. i am sad for those people who think that this is a good bread.. i will continue eating the Mexican toast instead...
