WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MEXICO!

Went for breakfast. Food was ok. Prices were fine, too. However, the service was TERRIBLE! We had ordered one of the breakfast deals which includes 2 coffee refills, which we never got because the waiters completely ignored us.

When we paid and even added a tip, despite not being very happy with the service, the waitress couldn’t even bring herself to say thank you - which in my opinion is pretty rude.

And to end off the experience, I wanted to use the bathroom before left and when I walked up the stairs a waiter basically yelled at me that the bathrooms were only for customers of the restaurant and asked if I was planning to consume anything otherwise I would not be allowed to use the restroom. I was absolutely speechless and then tried to explain that I had just consumed breakfast. A waitress confirmed this and as a result the RUDE waiter that had yelled at me just rolled his eyes. Not even an apology....

I stayed at the hotel across the street for 11 days and ate here frequently. Sometimes with my friend who lives in Puerto Escondido, and sometimes with his family also. Every meal I had was excellent, and so was the service. Prices are higher than some places, but still very reasonable considering the quality. This is probably the cleanest restaurant I ate at during my stay in Puerto Escondido. The upper floor affords a nice view...

Outstanding service from Nacho, and portions were absolutely massive at very reasonable prices. Drinks were also very fairly priced. We had a few beers and the catch of the day, grilled with the garlic and spicy sauce, salad and rice.
