Terrible experience, rude staff, scam restaurant - avoid.

I tried the pizza - while I am impressed that they use a pizza oven & the dough was pretty good (although needs to be cooked for less time for a true authentic base), the ingredients were awful - super bland tomato sauce, terrible cheese for a pizza. Very badly selected ingredients and toppings.

As for the staff - I ordered a red wine. It was atrocious and I immediately sent it back. On recieving the bill, the staff insisted on charging me for the wine I took one sip of. Rather than trying to provide a good customer experience, they were outrageously unprofessional telling me that I was wrong.

Overall, bad food & extremely rude customer service.

Avoid - they will...

I ordered the shrimp and mushroom pizza (Mar y monte) and wow this was delicious.

I feel like it is hard to find good pizza here in Puerto Escondido, however this pizza was awesome. And I am a native Chicagoan and we have so many different kinds of pizza, so I feel I’m a pretty good judge of pizza.

They have an excellent thin crust....and the sauce they use.....it’s like drugs, I don’t know what’s in it....tomato, garlic, ricotta cheese? But it’s very rich and creamy....and I was totally surprised as to how good it was.

It was cooked well, and the flavor was incredible. And it was delivered and came super fast. Thank you so...

I've been before. I thought the pizza was fine but nothing special. (Going against other opinion in this town.) BUT I liked the pasta and the service, so that was fine--I went for that but not the pizza. There's plenty of other places for pizza. But I went recently and the quality had dropped dramatically. We had a party of three, we'd all been before (we live here 365) we all shared each other's dishes, and we all thought the same thing about everything. We didn't hate it, this isn't a one star review. There's just better...
